The reason I keep doing meditation and yoga is because I feel happiness and contentment as well as clarity and peace. So, I want to share that with you. That's it. When I see people becoming happy it makes me happy. That's why I do what I do.

I want to explain briefly how I guide my class. I use many different asanas for purification and to realign our body. Then one can feel subtle energy throughout the body and the mind becomes relaxed as well. Then naturally our mind becomes calm and quiet and we begin to feel ourselves from a different perspective. It is then that our real journey begins.

I think every experience in life; meditation, yoga, traveling, whatever we do, shows some lesson that we have to go through. That is your job. But I can help you before you start your inner journey. I can help you to become very strong and wise. Then, whatever happens in your life, you can get through it. We are all working on ourselves. Isn't that true?
